Each puzzle has 16 words that hide 4 groups of 4. Tap four words you think share a connection, then tap Submit. If you’re right, the group is revealed in its color. You can make up to four mistakes before the puzzle ends. Tap Shuffle to rearrange the words, and use a hint if you get stuck.

A new daily puzzle arrives every day and counts towards your streak. Levels are a separate path of 150 puzzles across 10 worlds – the fewer mistakes you make, the more stars you earn.

Open the Shop in Fourfold and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. Remove Ads and Fourfold Plus can be restored; coins and other consumable items can’t be restored because they’re used up in the game.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your store account – deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fourfold → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fourfold → Cancel.

You keep Plus benefits until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them. On iOS visit reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use your Google Play order history.

Your streak counts how many days in a row you’ve solved the daily puzzle. A streak freeze protects it if you miss a day: when you next open the app, a saved freeze is used automatically to cover the missed day. You can buy streak freezes with coins in the Shop and hold up to two at a time.

After you finish a puzzle, tap Report a problem with this puzzle on the results screen and choose a reason (for example, a word fits more than one group, or a word is misspelled). Reports help us fix puzzles quickly. You can also email us with the puzzle number.
